About the course
Through this course, participants will learn about the dynamic tourism industry in Sabah which focuses on the further enhancement of customer service, highlighting its importance in maintaining current business while attracting new business especially for local operators.
Participants will also explore basic communication skills essential for positive customer interactions, practical ways to stay connected with traveling customers, and how to win customer loyalty.
In addition, as one of the other important aspects, participants will also learn how to handle difficult or frustrated customers, how to deal with the reality of workplace stress, and strategies for dealing with travel professionals.

A unique and exciting programme that offers a variety of activities and experiences for children/youth aged 12 to 20 years. This program aims to develop the skills and knowledge of the participants in different language and cultural settings while nurturing their physical, mental and social well-being.
The program focuses on three components:

Language – Learn English through interactive games, songs and stories. Students will practice their communication and presentation skills in a variety of scenarios.

Culture – Exploring, understanding and appreciating the diversity and richness of different cultures. Learn from different ethnicities and how they unite with each other.

Nature - Engage in fun learning activities on the island including reef and marine life and discover some of the finest wildlife and nature encounters Malaysian Borneo has to offer.

Latar Belakang
Berdasarkan pengalaman dalam mengendalikan kemasukan pelajar ke universiti, masih terdapat ramai pelajar serta ibu bapa yang masih kurang memahami serta kurang maklumat berkenaan perjalanan dan laluan akademik para pelajar selepas menamatkan SPM. Ini menyebabkan sebahagian pelajar gagal mendapat tawaran melalui sistem permohonan berpusat UPUOnline bahkan terdapat pelajar yang mendapat tawaran program yang bukan mereka minati.
Sehubungan itu, setiap pelajar perlu membuat persediaan awal dalam mengenal pasti minat dan kecenderungan mereka serta membuat keputusan serta pilihan pengajian mengikut kaedah yang betul bagi mengelakkan kekecewaan pada masa hadapan.
Melalui seminar ini juga, pelajar akan diberikan motivasi supaya mereka dapat meneruskan pengajian ke peringkat yang tertinggi untuk prospek kerjaya dan masa depan yang lebih terjamin.
Objektif Program
Penganjuran STeP2025 adalah bertujuan untuk memenuhi keperluan khususnya kepada calon SPM 2024 bagi memberi panduan serta meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui perkongsian ilmu dan maklumat daripada Perunding Akademik dan tenaga pengajar yang berpengalaman lebih 20 tahun dalam pengurusan kemasukan pelajar ke IPT.

About the course
This Professional course provides comprehensive training in Human Resource Management. This course equips the participants with appropriate knowledge, skills and techniques to perform Human Resource functions and responsibilities in an organization.
The CHP validates participants’s knowledge of HR, their workplace readiness and their commitment to career-long learning and ethical practice. Completion of the CHP requirements confers the right to use the title Certified Human Resources Practitioner and the right to use the initials CHP after their name.
Minimum Requirements for the CHRP designation are:
